My Juice Feast - Day 45
So far all is well! I've lost a total of 39.5 lbs! I began this journey on March 18th of 2012. I took a "break" for 10 days where I only had juice in the morning vs. all day. For lunch I would have a dark/mixed greens salad, and fruit (orange, banana, etc) and then for dinner baked tilapia or a (vegan) Boca Burger (no bread). As of yesterday (May 1st) I've started my second 30-Day Feast/Fast and looking forward to even better health!
