Two weeks are complete - one to go! The time has actually gone really fast, and the only food I feel deprived I'm not able to eat is Mexican food, which is weird I know. Nothing in particular I just miss the flavors. The Mexican food we ate in week 1 I have a feeling we will be having as soon as this is over. We've had a great variety of meals, and the flavor combinations have been amazing. Dinner tonight was really good - happy to be cooking with edamame.
