I explain what happened to my skin and the problems it caused me. During the beginning stages of trying to heal my inflamed skin - i was finding it very difficult to use certain products. ALL exfoliants were out of the question - including a wash cloth. Benzoyl preside cause my skin to burn and "hurt" because i had clearly upset my skins barrier. But of course i wanted to deal with the spots which were the most bothersome of all. For the first 4 weeks i used LMS light as my soul routine. I used it 3x per day on all the ares that were or had broke out. I have to say that within 24 hours of using it i had noticed a decrease in spots and thankfully no more new ones.
