 | Real Quick and to the point. Day 3 on my Detox Program and I am down 6 lbs. Now, the truth is this... This is Day 3 at 11:57 AM, which means my Day 3 is still continuing after this post. Also as you seen in my Day 2 Video or maybe it was my Day 1 Video Day 1 was not a clean day, meaning I ate foods outside my Detox Program. Moral of the story is that I still loss weight eating crap foods and really I've been clean 1 full day and I'm already down 6 lbs. As I stated in the Previous Videos I will not be asking for extra time to Lose the 17 lbs of Holiday FAT I want to make it clear that the goal will be attained in a shorter period of time :-) . I am telling you this program is amazing, magical, and miraculous. No one, Insanity, P-90 X, Zumba, Cross Fit, no one can prove what I am proving. Ok enough of that. I feel great today. My energy is up. I am not feeling down or tired. Yesterday I worked out and I could feel the extra weight I am carrying but I felt physically strong and great. I took it a lil easy with the workout because I didn't trust myself carrying all that extra weight. I didn't want to risk an injury. Mental clarity is coming and I think I hear the birds and trees talking to me again. lol So that's it for today. Tootles... Oh hey get started with your health and fitness goals NOW. If you know it's something you need and want to do then you might as well do it NOW and Get err Done. New Year's passed about 360 some odd days ago. So what are you waiting for?
