5 quick tips to help you burn more fat mini series within WellFit 365 - Episode #2 - Diet Strategies to burn more fat! Join us on Facebook: www.facebook.com Today we're focusing on the diet side of things for fat burning tips and weight loss strategies. 1. Don't be afraid of fats. There are a lot of good fats out there! Omega 3's - Fish, wild meats, fish oil tablets. 2. Avoid all trans fats! These have no place in your diet. Your body does not need trans fats. Packaged foods, frozen foods, fast foods & most importantly margerines often have a high level of trans fat content. 3. Never ingest fructose before your workout. This can actually slow your metabolic rate and interfere with fat burning! 4. Eat plenty of antioxidant-rich foods, like berries (blueberries are great!), cauliflower, broccoli, tea etc. 5. Avoid alcohol, soft drinks & fruit juice. Stick with water, teas and coffees. Try drinking different types of teas, green, black etc. They all have different health benefits. 7 LB in January 2013!
PLEASE OPEN HERE FOR MORE INFO I have NOT been eating 90% clean this winter!! Slowly but surely adding more and more "dirty" foods to my diet, serious sugar cravings and almost no HIIT jogs finally showed up on the scale. If I'd have lost 3.5 lbs this month, I'd be down 20 pounds since July. But i gained 7!! now i'm 10 pounds away from where I wanted to be by now. I could be discouraged. I could give up. But I am NOT giving up! I suffer from various health problems, including SAD (also known as seasonal depression) and endometriosis. But thanks to the changes I have made in my diet and exercise, I feel much better. I'm going to keep holding on. keep pushing through.
