Peter Rabbit Organics (Baby Food Diet) Reference
 | Ok so you may wonder why was I excited to see adult baby food anyways...well with me always being on the go it seemed like a easy way to get a few "natural vitamins" in my body! Now yes you won't get the fiber you need from these things but I wasn't looking to get fiber from them anyways. Plus doctors say you won't get satisfied from sucking down baby food but I wasn't looking to get full off of these either, I was just looking for a quick healthy snack! See I had no idea about the baby food diet! I was just looking to make better choices! It can be rough always being on the go and still eating healthy! Plus I wanted something super portable without being another fiber or protein bar! I think these things taste GREAT! And while more costly than buying carrots, apples, or any other fruit or vegetable it works for MY lifestyle!!! So remember I'm not promoting the Baby Food Diet which has been said to been used by Lady Gaga, Marcia Cross and Reese Witherspoon (but they won't tell)! Well let me tell you this...I don't believe in diets I believe in lifestyle changes. While I'm not a doctor, trainer, nutritionist, dietician, or ANY kind of healthcare professional I am a real person who has struggled with weight issues and honestlly I'm still struggling! Fad diets in my OPINION are not the way to go!
