This work-out is great. It really hits the core of your body and as the title suggests it helps in burning fat, increasing muscles and creating endurance. If you do a quick circuit using the exercises outlined you will notice a difference in performance and also in the mirror. Add this to any routine to switch things up or make this your routine, stand alone-as well as cardio. These exercises are done with kettle-balls, and medicine balls, however since I am at home and not the gym then I used a duffle bag filled with stuff and a basketball. I did a quick run through and my time was 1:49 seconds. Post your time and try to beat mine-very easy time to beat. Post your results. Remember to like, subscribe, comment. My Weight Loss Journey









It's my time to lose this weight and get on track with my life. Any support or suggestions at all would be greatly appreciated. I'm looking for a community to share my journey with me who are in a similar position as me. Watch me shrink! My current weight is 228.6 pounds (dreadful).. My first goal is 160 pounds, 120 pounds less than what I am now. I believe I can do it, I just need to watch what I eat and exercise much more.
