Week 5 : Complete! ((137.4 lbs))
Melissa lost 1.2lbs this week! (again) lol okay so looks like at this rate I will hit my first goal (lose 10 pounds) in two more weeks!!! Yesterday I went into the back of my closet to hunt down some old jeans. Found a few that I know did NOT fit me before I started my weight loss journey... and ... THEY ALL FIT!!!! Its official as of September 1st, I can pull up and BUTTON every pair of jeans I own! I was so happy! Next step is to get them to be toooo BIG :P As for my "diet" & exercise - Im still eating a balanced 1200 calorie diet with NO CHEATING! Flirty Girl Fitness Ultimate Upper Body 6 days a week for 30-40min. During work i refuse to SIT DOWN and keep myself walking, cleaning or standing around! Still drinking lots .. LOTS of water! 14 glasses everyday OO Thank you all for joining me while I shrink! For everyone that has sent motivating emails, comments and subscribed to keep track of my loss..
