I get this question very often. Many people like to go out and enjoy their "cheat meal" or "cheat day" but afterwards they struggle with a feeling of guilt because they ate something outside of their diet plan. This is why I advocate flexible dieting or IIFYM (if it fits your macros). A lot of people, both men and women included find it difficult to stray away from their diet after putting in so much hard work and when they get the opportunity to try and enjoy a certain food they have been restricting themselves from or neglecting to eat, it comes with a feeling of guilt.
