Think of things like celery, cucumber & lettuce to make a delicious mixed green salad w/ a nice low fat salad dressing! — If you focus on having raw, organic, fresh fruits & vegetables + small amounts of nuts & seeds as the basis of your diet you'll be automatically avoiding so many chemicals that are present in the so-called 'normal' foods of today <b>...</b>
