I believe right diet is key factor on losing weight and for some reason most people ignore this fact. I mean it's a simple math problem, point of exercise is to burn calories but if you're eating more calories than what you could burn your going to gain weight or do not lose any. Oh and if you do not want to try the balance diets I provided up top and just try keeping over 50% of your food intake with raw fruits and vegetables.
