Nutrition On A College Budget (Read Desc For My Meal Plan)









www.facebook.com www.twitter.com Common Question: What's your diet like? Answer: I don't consider it a diet. I've made it a way of life. I choose to eat this way because I enjoy too. Here's my average day: Meal 1: 5 whole eggs, 2 pieces of whole grain toast with peanut butter Meal 2: ON Casein Protein (1 scoop) with a fruit Meal 3: Tilapia, Green beans, brown rice Meal 4: ON Casein Protein (1 scoop), Natural Valley Bar, Handful of almonds Meal 5: Chicken Breast, green beans, white rice Meal 6: ON Whey (2 scoops) (After workout) Meal 7: Can of Tuna or something high in protein low in carbs This is a good guide if your a College student and don't have a lot of money. If I could afford more obviously I'd eat more but you have to do the best with you got!
