The only time I get pimples is during the time of the month. TMI I know. lol. Anywho, your skin is genetic if you did not know. As a result, if pimples, dry, oily, or combination skin, and hyper pigmentation are in your family then you have a higher chance of having either of these skin types. This video is showing you how I maintain a healthier, clear, and flawless even skin tone that is fresh for summer. I do this regime once a week. FYI: I DRINK LOTS AND LOTS AND LOTS AND LOTS OF WATER & I WORKOUT (3-4 times a week. This also plays role in great skin)!!! I refrain from drinking sodas, fruit drinks, and fruit punch (all of these things can lead to breakouts, and pimples). I do have these beverages once in a blue moon. Oh BTW I love organic tea, and mango is my favorite flavor :) *Most importantly in order to have healthy skin, its best to take care of your skin and have a healthy diet. Every now and again I will eat candy, burgers, and chips, but I limit it to a weekend once a month. Remember a healthy diet and workout is a lifestyle. I DO NOT ENCOURAGE CRASH DIETS!
