 | I have been dieting now for many many months because when i started this fitness journey I weight a massive 290 pounds. I was fat as shit but i knew i did not want to stay that way so I decided enough was enough. I got enrolled in a gym and started shedding the weigh and, at the same time, promoting muscle gains. The reason I am pulled towards bodybuilding is because of the American football i played in high school. The countless hellish days in the weight room having a crazy coach edging you on.
