I hope you enjoy the video and it inspires you to try IF, it's a great way to burn fat faster then the traditional dieting and '3 small meals a day' approach. I will quickly describe what IF is and what I did to achieve results: Rundown: Intermittent Fasting is all about a longer period of no food intake followed by a relatively brief period of eating. You're still getting the same amount of food and calories as you would any other day, you're only consuming these calories in a 6-8 hour time window and increasing fat burn. Intermittent Fasting is often seen as "Starving" one's self to achieve weight loss. I want to say proudly that this is not the case. You are still getting the SAME amount of calories as you would eat throughout the day like the average person. Only with IF you are simply squeezing your daily needs into a small time frame so your body ideally has more time to burn fat, and it really works! This takes discipline, but rewards you dearly. To keep things simple I ate 1800 calories per day to lose weight, I needed 2300 per day to maintain my weight. Make a calorie deficit of 500 calories, and you'll lose weight.
