Amelia Eats Solids
 | Instagram: shannriley Amelia just turned 6 months old, and we're finally introducing solids into her diet! Because of its bland and mushy texture, we decided on avocado for her first food. Plus, that high fat content should help thicken her up :) The whole thing is pretty exciting, but I'm also super sad.
