Ritchie's weight loss journey - weekend of adventure
Hi im Ritchie Like so many people over the years i have struggled with my weight. Two years ago i lost 20kgs over the period of a year. Since then i have kept those 20 kgs off. I have tried unsuccessfully to kick start phase two of my journey. Phase two started with me weighing in at 109.7kgs. Five weeks later I am now at 106.7kgs. 3 kgs down and only 6.7kgs until I hit the magic 100kgs!....then 5 more kgs until 95 etc etc. My trainer suggested that to be accountable i should do a blog.
