Workout + Diet Journal ☼ Week Four ☼
 | This is my fourth week.. I am surprise that I didn't earn extra weight after two days of big meals. I only lose one more pound, but I am happy.. 1 pound less is better that one more. I usually do my diet videos every wednesday, so yes, this was after christmas. Honestly I didn't get to workout or walk too as the other weeks, first because I also worked more hours this week and then wednesday i was feeling sick.. it turned that I got my period later.
