Was happy with the price (compared to others) and fast shipping. I did not like the fact that the box said what it was on the outside, and had a picture. Don't need the neighbors seeing what I'm ordering! But, other than that, shipping was well packed and prepared. The unit: Is a good size. One negative is I wish it had some handle or something to hold onto when you twist the top off to put in the water. I have small (weak!) hands and struggle sometimes to twist and jiggle it. Arthritics will have problems. It has a moderately noisy fan, but not enough to bother me. The cord is a good length. There is no on/off switch, so you just plug and unplug it to operate. (We plugged it into a power surge strip and turn it on that way). The pitcher: I liked that it came with a glass pitcher. One reason we got this was to get away from plastic water bottles. Nice size and handle. Now, 7 months in, I am noticing rust under the metal straps anchoring the handle. But those are on the outside and you don't really expect a pitcher to last forever. Cleaning: The residue cleaners that are included work beautifully. I followed directions and everything disappeared! The 5.5 hour time estimate is fairly accurate.
