Now I'm trying out the lemon detox. This is my food for 10 days (if I can do it). Not because I really feel I need to lose a lot of weight, but because I feel that I want a change in life. I want to cleanse my body of waste and allow my body to heal itself. I will probably not upload the entire progress to youtube, both to that it's time consuming and it also can take away the focus of my other videos. Nothing personal against Hodgetwins or the ABC nutritionists. I just find it amusing when people tell vegans they wont get enough protein yet they are unfit and or take a protein powder themselves.
