One of the biggest burdens I had to bear at 240 pounds (well, other than the bulk of the 240 pounds!) was the pressure to seem happy all the time for fear of losing friends otherwise. In this video, I share a painful memory brought back by the amazing success stories shared at Coach Summit 2012. If you're watching this and are overweight or obese and have been too scared to take that first step to health, I challenge you to reach out your hand for help- be it to a friend, family member, anyone and take that first step.
