Immediately put down the bar and start a 10 seconds break. Don't let it take longer than 10 seconds and go on to the next 20 seconds! Keep your hands on the bar during the break. Do this for a total of 8 sets! Do as many repetitions as you can! What I did was count the seconds and I did not really care about the repetitions I did. You will not need to do this more often than 1 or 2 times a week. Why not do this daily? Trust me, you'll not be able to do this every day! If you don't believe me, you should try it and laugh at how weird you will walk after 2 days of this routine! This idea is not mine. I just covered it!
