My BMI
 | 2 weeks ago I went into the gym here in Cairns and got my BMI (Body Mass Index) done. I found out the following... I weigh a total of 58.9kg My body is currently 45kg of muscle My metabolical age is 16 years old (actual age 31) My visceral fat level is the lowest possible on 1% My body fat content is 17% The gentlemen (a pro body builder and personal trainer at Sports World, Cairns by the name of Jack) who was giving me my results jaw was literally dropping (seriously, so I got him on video ;). He couldn't believe the results... "They're the best I've ever seen on a women", "You'll never get a heart attack", "You're practically perfect"... Since the results were practically perfect ;) I wanted to do them again to be sure that they were correct (sometimes food consumed too close to tests can effect results for the worse)... we did them again after my work... they were the same. What does this mean?! Considering my diet is 100% plant based... does this mean that plants are the perfect food for humans? IT SURE DOES! Here is the video of me getting my results.
