Most people love the most delicious foods there are, and in moderation they are fine. So many people, including myself, have eaten food to cover for pain, loss, and just life. I have always stayed active, and fought my own battle within, and it is not easy. I do not believe in dieting and deprivation, for me, I believe in exercise, moderation, and truly eating well. The less time we spend in doctor's offices, the better of a life we live. So many health issues come from being overweight, and making our own health in jeopardy. I hope & pray that all of us choose to put good things in our bodies, as we are worth everything to someone, and we need to be there in the best way possible. Illness and health issues are so debilitating.
