Week 8 : Complete! ((134.4 lbs))
I've officially lost 10 lbs!!! YAY :) This week has been really good! I am so proud of myself!! My mom turned 50 on Monday, and we had lunch/dinner at Outback Steakhouse. I planned my meal a week in advance lol on Myfitnesspal so I would know my limit. I planned on it being a "cheat day" well kinda.. I made my limit 2000 calories for that meal.. I know, I know thats alot but I was still happy that I made it through that family meal without eating anything that wasnt preplanned :P .. also on Sunday I took my mom and my daughter to the local farm to pick apples.. after the farm I made an apple pie with my daugher. The pie turned out great and I did have 1 slice. oooh my husband is still counting calories with me on Myfitnesspal and he has lost 17.4 lbs OO .. Im sooo jealous that guys lose weight easier (sad face) lol okay thanks again to everyone following me on this weight loss journey! I honeslty wouldnt do it without your support!
