My first veggie juice mix (Pt. 2)
 | Watch me make this not so tasty blend of veggies in my new juicer. Maybe it's an acquired taste? I did feel satisfied after downing this blend of veggies. It didn't make me feel sluggish (typically I feel tired and sluggish after eating any meal) but it felt as if my body was taking in a very clean fuel. I felt pretty good afterwards. This series of vids shows me making a fool of myself by showing you my out of shape self and openly talking about whatever comes to mind. I'm not going to by shy about video journaling my daily progress and shortfalls as I attempt to get it all together. I'm tired and sluggish and don't feel energized at all.
